Ingredients:
400g K&N’s Kafta Kabab
12 lasagna Sheets
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
To taste, salt
1 Tsp Freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. red chilli flakes
1 Cup fresh spinach
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 egg
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan, divided
1 cup pasta sauce
2 cup mozzarella
Directions:
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook lasagna for 5 to 8 minutes, or until just slightly underdone; drain and rinse.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and garlic and season with salt, black pepper, and red chilli flakes. Stir in spinach until wilted. Stir in lemon zest and remove
from heat. Set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together cheddar cheese, egg, and 1/2 cup Parmesan and season with salt and black pepper.

Spread prepared mixture onto one side of each lasagna noodle. Place prepared K&N’s Kafta Kabab, top with pasta sauce and cooked spinach, then sprinkle with mozzarella and roll up tightly.
In a large deep baking dish, spoon a layer of pasta sauce on bottom of dish. Add the roll-ups and spoon more sauce onto each roll-up. Sprinkle more mozzarella, Cheddar and Parmesan over
each roll up. Bake until bubbly and melted, about 20 minutes.
