Keema Lobia Recipe

Qeema Lobia recipe is a sort of formula that serves your craving with its novel mix of two flavorful great things, Minced meat (Chicken, Mutton or Beef) and Lentils that are contained White Lobia. Ingredients for Qeema Lobiya:

  • ½ Cup Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • ½ KG Minced Mutton
  • 2 Tomatoes (Medium sized & chopped)
  • 1 cup Fried Onions
  • Salt (As needed)
  • 2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 Tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tsp coriander Powder
  • 1 Cup water
  • 150 gm (White Beans (Boiled)
  • 1 Cup yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Garam Masala

Directions for Qeema Lobiya:

  1. Add cooking oil in a pan
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste, fry it lightly
  3. Add minced mutton, tomatoes, fried onions, salt, red chili powder, cumin, turmeric powder, Garam Masala, coriander powder, water & cook for 20-25 minutes on medium flame
  4. Then add white beans (Boiled), Garam Masala, & cook for some seconds
  5. Complete Garnishing with the help of lemon slices & green chilies
  6. Serve with Chapati & Raita
